These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SyncPost (“Service”), operated by SYNCPOST LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SyncPost is a social media publishing and scheduling tool that lets you connect supported networks, create content, and publish or schedule posts. Available features depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and any activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel from your account at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial charge — email us to request one.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to distribute unlawful content, harass or infringe on others, attempt to breach the Service’s security, or use it in a way that violates the terms of any connected social network.

5. Third-Party Networks

We connect to social platforms via their official APIs. Your use of those networks is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or content moderation actions taken by third-party platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of all content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and publish that content on your behalf to the destinations you authorize. The Service, its branding, and its underlying code remain the property of SYNCPOST LLC.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, specific reach, or the performance of your content on any third-party network.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYNCPOST LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which SYNCPOST LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
