This Privacy Policy explains how SYNCPOST LLC (“we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use SyncPost (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

Account data: name, email address, and hashed password (or authentication tokens from social sign-in).
Billing data: handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Connected accounts: OAuth tokens for the social networks you choose to connect. We never see or store your social passwords.
Content: the posts, images, and videos you upload to schedule or publish.
Usage data: basic analytics such as pages viewed and features used, to improve the product.

2. How We Use It

To operate the Service, publish and schedule your posts, process payments, provide customer support, communicate service updates, and improve product reliability.

3. Sharing

We share information only with the vendors we need to run the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments, cloud hosting, email delivery) and with the social networks you explicitly connect. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days except where required by law (e.g., billing records).

5. Security

We use industry-standard practices — encrypted transport (TLS), encrypted secrets at rest, and access controls. No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us to make a request and we’ll respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies for authentication and a privacy-friendly analytics cookie. No third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy over time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice.
